I could not find any answers on internet to what this problem could be so I scanned my second PC which also has installed rogers anti-virus program and antivirus did not find this problem on second PC.
I also searched second computer for RPS SafeConnect.msi and could not find this file so I decided to delete it from my main computer.
Just to make sure it is not file that came in last update of rogers antivirus program I updated antivirus on second PC and after update scanned it again and still didn't find this problem so I decided that is safe to delete RPS SafeConnect.msi from recycle bin as well .
I restarted my PC and it works ok . Problem is that I made Restore point before I deleted RPS SafeConnect.msi file so it made copy of it there .I found it after running virus scan again. Here is the link on how to get rid of it from there if you got same problem of XP making automatic restore point before you find out that you have virus .http://a0012154msi.blogspot.com/ . I run XP on both computers .
